Currently the Hinton plot operator takes numpy arrays containing data to plot. We should change this to take a cubelist, intelligently workout which variables are inside and plot accordingly. The significance cube, which is not yet developed as an operator, should also be taken as an optional argument.
We also need to plumb this into the webpage, as currently it just saves a plot on a set path.
