Reverts #233 (commit dbacdea).
Removes baseCurrency from IMPLICIT_OPEN_KEYS in ast/operands.py and semantic_analyzer.py, and drops tests/unit/ast/test_implicit_open_keys.py. Grammar files not touched. 683/683 unit tests pass locally; lint + mypy clean.
