This adds driver presets for TMC2209/2240/5160 in common configurations(24V, common current sense resistors) for all Bondtech stepper motors. For the LGX Pro motor, we provide presets for both Metal(1.0A RMS) and non-Metal(0.75A RMS) versions.

… when using SET_DUAL_CARRIAGE (#143) This PR adds automatic alignment of toolhead to kinematic position before performing dual carriage mode changes to avoid potential offset drift between the toolheads. The issue addressed by this PR appears to be caused by a rounding behaviour during the mode change that results in a one microstep drift between the toolheads in the DC axis. The drift depends on the position when the mode change occurs: depending on the exact coordinates, drift may or may not occur. See the github PR description for more details.

…th IDEX spool join (#146) - Fixes an issue where the printing speed after resume from spool join would be the RatOS macro travel speed, not the correct speed for the print. - Remove IDEX position handling complexity that's no longer required since the move to [named_offsets]. - Remove redundant use of second gcode state key. - Normalize resume move/unretract ordering so it's the same for IDEX and non-IDEX. - Delegate most of the PAUSE implementation to a secondary macro after performing the underlying pause and waiting for moves to complete to ensure that printer.toolhead.position is in a stable state. - Some minor code cleanup.
