Loader skips itself when disabled in-game #13

When loading the game with the proxy, the loader will run and skip itself as a mod from loading from the workshop. The loader shouldn't be skipped because it's not a workshop mod like a regular leaf mod is.

Maybe we can not skip any workshop mods that don't have a workshop ID?
