A simple text list (title · date · location) above the Portfolio section, surfacing the two public decks so visitors can discover them from the landing page instead of needing direct links. - index.html: new <section class="talks"> with two entries - css/style.css: .talks styling — full-width list, no bullets, date/location right-aligned via flex justify-content - decks/_template/src/README.md: step 5 reminds future-you to add an entry to the homepage list when publishing a new deck
