Hi,
I am reducing an MS file that has the same bandpass and phase calibrator name (J1939-6342), and in the msinfo log file, the bandpass and phase calibrator have the same SOURCE_ID (0). The issue I am facing is in the project_info.json file, where the "primary_tag" is tagging "1934" (using Stevens-Reynolds 2016) instead of "1939". When I change the "primary_tag" to "1939", it does not go to others where it uses Perley-Butler 2013, but writes standard="manual" and fluxdensity=[1.0, 0, 0, 0] on the case log file for setjy task.
The issue results in the following error:
Task applycal raised an exception of class RuntimeError with the following message: Table /scratch3/users/dakalo/J2106_oxkat_1/GAINTABLES/cal_1GC_1671463877_sdp_l0_1024ch.ms_2024-04-15-17-54-13.flux2 does not exist.
I have attached the msinfo, project_info, and casa log files.
