Hi,
When matching calibrators + sources with the dev in the setup step the dev branch should read in prefields from the config file or else this may cause problems.
The problem was as follows:
-
The file has 4 sources: Bpcal, Target A, Gaincal A, Target B, Gaincal B. I was only interested in Target A, so set the prefields='Bpcal, Target A, Gaincal A'.
-
When matching the Targets and Gaincals it turned out that Gaincal B was closer to Target A then Gaincal A, so the setup script matching Target A with Gaincal B
-
When Oxkat split out the 1024ch msfile, it properly split out Bpcal, Target A, Gaincal A, but when it tried to perform calibration during 1GC, the scripts failed due to it trying to use Gaincal B as the gain calibrator (which the project_info.json file specifies).
The fix would be to make it so the setup script only uses the fields specified in prefield when trying to match sources and calibrators.
