Use Failure as the WASM protocol Err type instead of the full response enum. Document post-merge 0.2.0 publish steps and WASM host-dispatch usage in READMEs.
Keep the harness and WASM code. Restore docs and READMEs to main and stop tracking the implementation-plan draft.
