hideWindow() force-collapsed the expandable toolbar back to the suggestion strip every time the keyboard closed. Drop that so the last toolbar state persists across close/reopen; the auto-show / auto-hide toolbar settings still control it while typing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
