…fold Align assignment template with Week 13 curriculum: - Add task-3/ folder with README.md, SCHEDULING.md template, and screenshots directory. - Update root README.md with 3 required tasks (PySpark, dbt incremental, Job scheduling). - Update .hyf/test.sh autograder to check task-3/ artifacts and scoring ladder.
