sbm_dl and sbm_dl_nested were labeled as unweighted algorithms but actually the underlying graph-tool implementation can support weights. This PR exposes this in the cdlib wrapper. This PR also exposes deg_corr and rec_type from the underlying library.
I tested this on 30 graphs I have and results were similar to unweighted.
