feat(tokens): add legacy icon aliases

Summary

• add legacy and current filename aliases required by client-v3 main + SDK master
• add SDK pretty-name paths required by client-v3 staging + SDK next, including Monad and Etherlink overrides
• reuse exact existing SVG artwork; no diesel-token assets included

Verification

• all 35 added SVGs parse successfully and alias files byte-match their source artwork
• exact client/UI-kit symbol normalization and client address/symbol aliases were replayed
• static publishes public recursively; production already serves nested paths and filenames containing spaces, >, and +
