A ServiceNow dashboard app for monitoring Build Agent usage — conversation tracking, token/NAU consumption, per-user profiling, and agent performance metrics. Built with React, TypeScript, and the Fluent SDK, using the Aggregate API for KPI calculation and ROI/partner-hour savings estimates across 24 ServiceNow metadata types. Now features conversational analytics powered by ServiceNow Otto — a natural-language AI Agent plus three Lit-based AIUX widgets (App Overview Card, NAU Consumption Chart, Activity Heatmap Card) that render interactive cards directly in chat.
