Currently Macro Browser (at F11 -> Macro Browser) uses the internal editor for editing macros when the user presses F4 on them even if the Use external editor for F4 instead of Alt+F4 preference (at F9 -> Options -> Editor Settings) is enabled.
Perhaps in that case the browser should use an external editor instead.
