Reservation for ergoplatform/ergo#1614 - "Make a test that the UTXO set tree is not modified as a result of proofsForTransactions call" (200 SigUSD).

Work is implemented and submitted upstream as ergoplatform/ergo#2493 (open, awaiting review): a chain-level property asserting, at every height of a growing chain, that proof generation leaves the tree root untouched, is repeatable, and that the block built from those proofs applies and lands on the promised digest. Test verified to bite via an injected mutation; full suite green locally. Status stays in-progress until that PR merges.
