Tell what the loader version is.

Also do you own the model?

Sorry, I have no clue how to check that, but the bug occurs also on the newest one from toolbox.

Yes, I own the model and the place, I even added the model to the insertlist, but it still doesn't work.

Try to see what happens when you run :script print(game:GetService("InsertService"):LoadAsset(YOURASSETID)) and check the Roblox F9 developer GUI serverlogs.

This looks like it occurred when arguments weren't working for a period of time.
I just tested on both stable and nightly it and it works as normal

Have you tried inserting a model from your inventory?
Or have you done what ccuser said?

Try to see what happens when you run :script print(game:GetService("InsertService"):LoadAsset(YOURASSETID)) and check the Roblox F9 developer GUI serverlogs.

Any updates? I really need this command working. The Kohl's one works without any issues.

@jasieleczeq are you able to give us the asset id which is causing the bug so we can investigate?

I cannot insert any asset (model).

@jasieleczeq Can you record yourself running the command and post the video here (make sure you capture the output)? I can't reproduce this issue on my end.

Also make sure you are using the official loader https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/7510622625/Adonis-Admin-Loader-Epix-Incorporated

Alrighty, it only happens with one of my models, sorry. Posting a recording below, loader version 260 stable. Kohl admin for example inserts it without issues.

Command works fine on my end. The next release will use a new API, which will allow you to also insert 3rd party assets (if permitted via game settings)
