On the possibility of building such a public digital legacy access system: enabling the data of 10 billion deceased individuals to be automatically disclosed 100 years after their passing, and accessible to anyone for exploration like a web service. This is not about burying fossils for archaeologists to discover, but proactively building a digital civilization archive that remains online even after a thousand years.
