Work on DoenetML 0.8 has begun, so the `dev` tag now points at 0.8's dev build. The seeded `0.7dev` row is renamed to `0.8dev`; `fullVersion` stays `dev`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
