Title: Add Hindi Language Support

Currently, Dicio Assistant does not support HINDI. Adding Hindi would make the assistant more accessible to a significant user base.

Feature Request:

• Enable Hindi as a supported language for voice commands and responses.

• Ensure compatibility with existing features (e.g., voice recognition, text-to-speech).

• Hindi is widely used, and this addition would improve inclusivity.
