UI for defining, viewing, and managing policy-driven annotations on findings.
Summary
Read-only display of applied annotations on findings/audit views, plus policy editor support for defining annotation key/value pairs on vulnerability policies.
Need the corresponding backend pr: DependencyTrack/dependency-track#6313 to make the changes on this PR work
