Prepare LocalSetup 4.84.6 with the dynamic terminal workspace and private input dialogs, encrypted artifact workflows, installed agent runtime, and the workflow enhancements described in the committed release guide.

Candidate: 1ef8a20e328920bc8d2d4cf1dd43f37e1dec50a4. All eight Python shards and the aggregate gate passed in validation run 40159083610. Version, documentation drift, smoke/audit and deterministic quality checks passed. The archive and runtime assets verified, and isolated installation preserved the previous runtime and protected configuration.

This PR supplies the pull-request event required by branch rulesets; the successful manually dispatched run does not satisfy that event requirement. Source signatures are verified. Release publication and live artifact verification remain pending. The real provider-backed scheduled-review check remains unverified; fixture evidence does not establish a live provider run or remote-host deployment.

Address #145 with distinct accuracy, freshness, lifecycle and downstream-use evidence and a scoped retirement recommendation.

Release-Slice: issue-145
Address #146 with separate backup, integrity and successful recovery evidence plus a guided isolated recovery exercise.

Release-Slice: issue-146
Address #149 with pinned source, readable operations and failure guidance, evidence distinctions, coverage and unresolved questions.

Release-Slice: issue-149
Address #147 by composing existing owners with resumable private progress and separately verified submission state.

Release-Slice: issue-147
Address #144 with read-only ready, blocked and unchecked prerequisite reports and next actions, independent of enabled state or run history.

Release-Slice: issue-144
Address #150 with loopback previews, verified ownership, reuse, inspection, safe stop and conflict handling through project tools.

Release-Slice: issue-150
Address #151 with per-field policy, protected originals, batch mapping, attribution preservation and explicit inspection limitations.

Release-Slice: issue-151
Address #152 with local capability preflight, explicit draft review, timing validation, sidecar export and optional separate rendered video.

Release-Slice: issue-152
Address #148 with explicit source-workspace selection, destination-bound history and receipts, fresh authority, and guided client-capability preflight.

Release-Slice: issue-148
Render the combined nine-issue source record, compatibility limits and verification guidance through the release documentation owner.

Release-Type: none
Apply the documentation owner count refresh and name the exact required checksum and SBOM sidecars in the reviewed release record.

Release-Type: none
Refresh exact compatibility-identifier records for generated package counts and the documented lscli branch command; keep strict branding checks intact.

Release-Slice: issue-148
Replace the startup timing assumption with a bounded ready and atomic registration acknowledgement, preserve real peer checks, and assert the intended repeated-prompt path. Document deterministic process-fixture setup.

Release-Slice: sudo-fixture-registration
Bind the combined issue guidance to repaired source and report the failed consolidation run plus passing named follow-up checks accurately.

Release-Type: none
Keep repository settings audits within the selected read scope. Preserve
explicitly requested read failures without blocking settings-only coverage.

Release-Slice: audit-alert-read-scope
Report source/import and runtime failures without assuming the project environment is unhealthy. Provide a direct diagnostic command and make environment repair conditional.

Release-Slice: launcher-startup-diagnostics
Check applicable authorization before requesting approval, preserve material scope and native permission boundaries, and retain risk, backup, rollback and guarded handoff controls.

Refs #156
Release-Slice: issue-156-authorization-reuse
Preserve the Python adapter identity and pinned qualification while recording upstream archival and the successor executable, runtime and configuration boundary.

Refs #154
Release-Slice: issue-154-kimi-boundary
Scope the existing adapter to its pinned V1 evidence and distinguish package/version identity from the shared opencode command without transferring qualification to V2.

Refs #155
Release-Slice: issue-155-opencode-boundary
Keep root and admitted subagents in one fixed-width pane view with bounded
context, qualified history, guarded observer input, deterministic recovery,
and schema-backed branded runtime settings. Retire completed sessions without
blocking attached viewers and preserve legacy profile readers.

Validation: 70 focused tests plus 3 affected native key-guard tests; native
text-bound fixtures, catalog validation, and scoped diff checks passed.

Release-Slice: tmux-agent-family
Release-Slice: tmux-settled-receipts
Release-Slice: tmux-wide-single-row
