In the quiet corners of a walking room,
Where dust drifts slow in the threads of gloom,
A spider works in patience grace,
Spinning silk in empty space.

No rush, no noise, no gland display,
Just careful steps and threads that stay,
A fragile web, both strong and slight,
Catching whispers in the night.

And though we flich or turn away,
There's something steady in its way,
A life that builds, then lets things be,
A home in still simplicity.
