Command autocomplete makes it impossible to go back to previous command used

When using the UP key in command menu in vanilla, it goes back to the previous used command. But with Cleanroom, it does autocomplete instead.

Yes, I also want the vanilla behavior.

The current behavior doesn’t allow me to properly autocomplete commands and arguments, and it also blocks navigation with the TAB key.
