feat: Make AI Assistant panel collapsible

Description

The AI Assistant panel is permanently visible on the study planner page, taking up significant screen space and distracting users from the main planning interface.

Users who do not need the AI Assistant at the moment should be able to collapse it and focus on their tasks, calendar, and study information.

Expected Behavior

Add a collapse/expand option for the AI Assistant section.

Possible implementation:

• Add a minimize/collapse button in the AI Assistant header.
• When collapsed, show a small floating assistant icon/button.
• Allow users to reopen the assistant whenever needed.
• Preserve the assistant state during the session.

Benefits

• Reduces distraction while planning tasks.
• Provides a cleaner workspace.
• Improves screen space utilization.
• Gives users control over when to use AI features.

Suggested Fix

• Add a toggle button to the AI Assistant header.
• Animate the collapse/expand transition.
• Ensure the layout adjusts properly when the panel is hidden.
• Maintain responsive behavior on different screen sizes.
