Merging deploys the tracking right away, so the privacy settings of Matomo site 7 (2-byte IP anonymisation, raw data deletion, visitor log and profile disabled) should be in place first. CI never runs the active tracking path because only the production origin tracks, so the opt-out button on the privacy policy and its screen reader announcement need a manual check after the deploy.
