Why? Really helps paint a picture that it was never official nor is there any expectation that it is supported. I think you should leave it in. Basically, incentivize against using it. Just saying it's "legacy" could still imply it's supported. It never was.

I thought you didn't like the term community developed since you worked on it? I'm fine leaving it if you are.

If you expect us to publish these to crates.io you also need to update the crate versions.
