feat(hostinfo): shrink the Host Inspector contents to its width - #60

The inspector forced a 640px minimum and every table had fixed-pixel columns, so a narrow block scrolled sideways. Give the fixed columns a small minimum (minmax(min, original max)) so tables compress first, let the Overview cards and disk rows shrink, and lower the scroll floor to 480px. Wide layouts are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01W6QMXXvRReaKxWk1JL5Et6

Summary
minmax(<small min>, <original px>), so tables compress before they scroll and look the same at wide widths.minmax(min(230px, 100%), 1fr)so a single card can shrink below 230px, and the disk rows get smaller minimums.Testing

Cells truncate with an ellipsis as they compress. Hiding low-priority columns at narrow widths (instead of truncating) is not part of this change.
