Stoppage of play in last 2 minutes

For the last 2 minutes of the game and the last 2 minutes of the second overtime half, the deck refs would like a reminder window to pop up to ask if time needs to be stopped (if there is a stoppage of play and the time reaches 2 minutes the clock shall stop, according to rule 14.2.3.2) likely 5 seconds or so before the 2 minute mark is reached -- Eric

Request to have the system recognize the game state (clock running or not) at least during the last 2 minutes, such as having a multiple button option (start/stop) or an accelerometer, or a proximity sensor, or something that can help manage the time more easily/effectively -- Eric

Basically they are trying to figure out a way to have the chief ref be able to control the game clock (which is only applicable to the last 2 minutes of the 2nd half and last 2 minutes of the 2nd overtime half) and automatically stop the clock during a play stoppage and restart when it commences, playing around with different ideas to ensure the DRB knows what the game state is -- Eric
