Timed play / easy-medium-hard mode:
- Super Easy mode: pumpkins appear
- Easy mode: pumpkins that blink appear
- Medium mode: pumpkins that move appear
- Hard mode: pumpkins that blink and move appear
- Super Hard mode: pumpkins that blink and move appear as well as bats that should not be hit
