Per Mickael: the webcam beat was a gadget, not a capability — the photo was soft (the Anker C200's lens, not code) and it didn't earn its slot. Removed and renumbered 25 → 24, including every cross-reference in the moats table and director's notes. Status refresh from live testing: - 13 Pilot: click-through live view now works — verified a click at (297,207) resolved to the element and navigated example.com → iana.org - 16 Google Doc: confirmed working - 17 MCP server: confirmed working (connector on Always Allow) - 18 Connector: full Connected/Disconnect state + Keychain-persistent tokens - 19 Observer: conversational + honest outside its window - 20 Self-improve: conversational (briefs → confirms → explains) - 21 Compare: flagged DECIDE — with only the local model answering it reads like a normal chat reply and makes no point; keep only if the demo machine shows 3+ models side by side Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
