The ROCm 10.1 preview table includes non-copyable Docker image tags with an ellipsis character, which conflicts with the goal of documenting exact validated artifacts.

Updates the Infera 0.1.0 documentation compatibility matrix to include an additional ROCm baseline (10.1) as a narrowly-scoped, nightly “preview” alongside the existing ROCm 7.2 release baseline.

- Converts the Engines compatibility table into a tabbed view separating ROCm 7.2 vs ROCm 10.1.
