Hmmm. We could possibly add it to the https://github.com/ACCESS-NRI/access-spack-packages/blob/api-v2/.github/build-ci/data/exclude.json file if I rework it to be in a format that the matrix expects, rather than a simplified one (and test that the exclude matrix actually works in this way). However, this would exclude those manifests from other repositories that search for MCRs like |
