Overview
Dependency-only update — the PR refreshes pnpm-lock.yaml after bumping react from 19.2.6 to 19.2.8 and @types/react from 19.2.14 to 19.2.18. There are no application source changes; package.json still uses existing ^19 ranges.

The lockfile also re-resolves peer graphs for packages that depend on React (Next.js, Radix, Vercel toolbar, workflow, etc.), including minor variant changes around supports-color on some transitive deps (e.g. Nest/workflow/express paths). react-dom stays at 19.2.3 but is now linked against react@19.2.8.

Notable React fixes in this patch line (per release notes): restoration of missing FormData entries in Server Actions (19.2.7) and RSC decode performance work (19.2.8).
