i hate this library less than prost. would rather not deal with prost. we loose filtered_dynamic_message.rs but we can add it back will need to benchmark performance before making a call
now this works, next up need to benchmark it

there is a segfault somewhere with this, kinda annoying to debug. going to shelf this for now the actual end game is to build the JIT and use that
