Workfile build cannot be automatically saved and open as first workfile when Create First Workfile is enabled in addon settings.

Description

Current Behavior

When ayon+settings://max/templated_workfile_build/profiles/0/create_first_version enabled and launch 3dsmax, the workfile set in ayon+settings://max/templated_workfile_build/profiles/0/path is not automatically saved and opened as first workfile.

Expected Behavior

When ayon+settings://max/templated_workfile_build/profiles/0/create_first_version enabled and launch 3dsmax, the workfile set in ayon+settings://max/templated_workfile_build/profiles/0/path is automatically saved and opened as first workfile.
We can implement import create_first_workfile_from_template from workfile_template_builder. py to the on_init` in pipeline.py to fix it.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Fill in ayon+settings://max/templated_workfile_build/profiles/0/path
2. Make sure ayon+settings://max/templated_workfile_build/profiles/0/create_first_version enabled
3. Launch Max
