The "Call to Action" paragraph has a "Background" field that should be updated to "Theme". The dropdown options already appear to match the Call To Action component in the Illinois Toolkit, so I don't think any changes need to be made there, other than maybe updating "Illni Orange" and "Illini Blue" to just "Orange" and "Blue".
