Drop `native-promise-only` + `weakmap-polyfill`

Would you be willing to drop these polyfills?

Both have been well supported in browsers for a very long time, so this is a waste of code + unnecessary supply chain risk.

For users that do still need these polyfills, IMO should be in them to include such polyfills in their bundles.
