Add simple git operations

Add the possibility to push/pull yaml structure, if credentials are present.

• save/register git credentials/remote url
• trigger endpoint to pull
• autopush?

on every update/edit/delete tractor commits the changes and pushes them.
on ever trigger, remote is pulled and imported
