+Titanium SDK 13.3.1 is a patch release of the SDK, addressing high-priority issues from the 13.3.0 release.
+
+Here are the highlights of the release:
+
+- iOS: Fixed the `restart` method
+- iOS: Fixed LiveView restarts during development
+- Updated Hyperloop to 8.0.1
+
