[Bug]: Maps Power Saving Mode Doesn't Work (Or Should Turn Off) When Using Public Transport Navigation

Bug Description

When I'm using public transport navigation, the power saving display comes on but doesn't show any directions, just an empty map and a loading spinner.
It works fine with driving or walking navigation. If it can be made to work with public transport, that would be amazing, but otherwise it should just be off.
In my case the live notification of public transport directions shows on my AOD anyways (Pixel 9).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start public transport navigation
2. Turn screen off and back on
3. Power saving mode activates, but doesn't show any useful info

Expected Behavior

Power saving should either show public transport navigation or be disabled for it.
