Version 0.6 supports the versions feature, but it's has some issues. It's really a bonus feature and not critical, so it can be fixed and improved over the next few 0.6.x releases.
However, I am not sure it is a feature that Smeagol really needs at all. When it comes to seeing an old version of a page, one should be able just to refer back to the actual Gollum wiki, which provides version exploration itself. Why provide it for the read-only site?
