- Add FormFieldNames and IContentSerializerNameStyle so generated form fields pick the right compile-time name

- Read Newtonsoft JsonProperty and XmlElement or XmlAttribute names in the generator

- Use the generated path for the Newtonsoft and Xml serializers, not just System.Text.Json
