Rain from station_observations off by 10x (perhaps)?

Hi,

The rain metric reported in the station observations seems to be off by 10x. In other words, reporting cm, not mm per the screenshot. Here is the rain so far today, it says 0.4 mm:

However, the snapshot shows the correct amount (4.4 mm):

The LOOP record has this value for dayRain: 0.1732283454. The data is logged using imperial units. Converting the data to mm, it is 4.4 mm.

The NOAA report also shows 4.4 for rain.

A slight bug?

This repo is no longer being maintained -- I'm keeping up with bug fixes on my own fork, https://github.com/uajqq/weewx-belchertown-new. Can you install that version and see if you still have the issue?

To answer your question, yes, I have the issue with the latest version from your repo. Sounds like a bug eh? If so, I will create an issue and I hope, I can look into it.
