Work around for dealing with HTML5 collision between draggable and contenteditable

Right now, Backbone.InlineEdit will not function when used on an element that has a parent that is draggable=true. I have a partial fix for this. I am still figuring out how to get all keyboard interaction back (like cmd + A to select all).
