SMTP Problem

I configured the SMTP and using the test everything works fine.
If instead I try to send an activation link or create a case, the emails do not start.
From the logs in globaleaks.log do not see the SMTP connection starting. I am using the version: 5.0.70

We are not aware of failures actually.

Thank you if can collect some more detail (e.g sharing a link to the platform so we could see some of the configurations exposed via the public API or the logs that you have in /var/globaleaks/logs)

when test SMTP config when I test the smtp server. Instead I don't see anything when I send activation link.
