Python version compatibility

Hi @satishsahani0973-dev, I'm moving this into a discussion.

I've been using Python versions 3.10-3.12 with success. Which version of Python are you using when running into issues like here or here?

The current deploy/runtime target looks like Python 3.10.

The repo has runtime.txt set to python-3.10.10, and the Dockerfile uses python:3.10. The changelog also notes the move to Django 3.2. I would treat those as the current compatibility signals.

There is an old .travis.yml that lists Python 2.7 and 3.5, but that conflicts with the current runtime/Docker setup and looks stale. I would not assume 3.11 or 3.12 support from the repo metadata alone unless the test suite has been run against those versions.
