Hi, I was just testing this branch against the changes in the fronted. This works good, however I noticed that the search engine also needs an update.

What I tested

1. I added a unit for a public library into my course
2. Content store returns the number of libraries and the with a property can check the update count
3. Then the UI calls Mailisearch and with that information the Review Content Updates is populated

What the AI says about it is The fix needs to go in get_access_ids_for_request — it needs to add the course access_ids where the user has VIEW_LIBRARY_UPDATES.

Thanks, I'm glad you're testing it out! It looks like this might be broader than just the Library Updates page - also affecting the global studio search. So, it might make sense to break it out into its own ticket. @BryanttV @dcoa
