Offline App: Incorrect Bullet List Layout on Introduction Course Localhost Page

Describe the bug
In the micro:bit Offline App, the bullet lists on the Introduction course localhost page are displayed with incorrect formatting and hierarchy.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download and open the micro:bit offline app: Microsoft MakeCode Offline App.
2. Navigate to the Courses category.
3. Select the "Intro to CS Online" project card and click "Show Instructions".
4. Open the Intro to CS courses localhost page.
5. In the Course contents section, click the "Introduction" link.
6. Open the Introduction courses localhost page.
7. Scroll to Course Introduction section.
8. Observe the formatting and hierarchy of the bullet lists.

Actual behavior
The bullet lists are displayed with incorrect hierarchy, indentation, and bullet symbols. Nested list items do not appear as intended, resulting in formatting inconsistencies.

Expected behavior
The bullet lists should display with the correct hierarchy, indentation, and bullet styles, matching the formatting and appearance of the online version.
