Does QUIC_PARAM_CONN_TLS_SECRETS work in iOS?

I try to do Network Troubleshooting with SSLKEYLOGFILE for an iOS app. I setup it in Swift like this, but all fields in tlsSecrets is array of 0. Can it work in iOS?

It should be platform agnostic.
