inshellisense overwrites custom shell theme/prompt

Describe the bug
Install inshellisense, add the shell integrations, no my theme doesn't work.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
to have autocompletes but not theme modifications

Environment

• OS: Darwin balupton-mini.local 25.6.0 Darwin Kernel Version 25.6.0: Sat Jul 11 15:24:35 PDT 2026; root:xnu-12377.161.13~4/RELEASE_ARM64_T8103 arm64
• Output of is --version: 0.0.2
• Nodejs Version: v26.7.0; npm is 12.0.2
• Shell: bash
• Shell Version: 12.0.2

Benjamin Lupton (@balupton), can you give me a sample of your bashrc / bash_profile? Just how you are defining your theme & where the inshellisense plugin is getting placed within the file

This might be related. If not, I can create a separate issue.

I'm using zsh. I've seen color codes like 11;rgb:0000/0000/0000 and 10;rgb:ffff/ffff/ffff being printed in the terminal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Case 1:

1. Execute is -s zsh -l; exit.
2. Right after step# 1, execute tmuxinator start <project> (tmuxinator)
   1. If there are other commands in between step# 1 & 2, it might not reproduce the issue.
3. Either 11;rgb:0000/0000/0000 or 10;rgb:ffff/ffff/ffff is printed in the terminal.

Case 2:

1. Execute is -s zsh -l; exit (with or without tmux)
2. Execute moor <text_file> (moor)
3. Go to line number: 000000000000 appears at the bootm.
   1. Note that if you run moor without step# 1 and key in 11;rgb:0000/0000/0000, it will display Go to line number: 000000000000 at the bottom.

• Nodejs Version: 24.19.0
• Shell: zsh
